חברת שבתיאלי הוקמה על ידי יצחק שבתיאלי בתחילת שנות ה80. החברה הינה מהראשונות בעולם שייצרו מלכודות רב פעמיות ללכידת זבובים וצרעות ובעלות פיתיון לא רעיל. מלכודות שבתיאלי מיועדות לכל מי שנמצא על הקרקע וסובל מזבובים וצרעות.

כל מלכודות שבתיאלי מבוססות על משיכה של פיתיון שבתיאלי המקורי שיעיל ביותר במשיכת זבובי הבית,הפירות,הזית ובנוסף צרעות גרמניות ואפריקאיות (דבוורים) יחדיו.
מוצרי החברה מספקים מענה רחב ומשווקים במקומות בהם גרים על הקרקע ,בעלי גינות,עצי פרי,חוות,רפתות,דירים,לולים,בריכות שחיה,מסעדות ,בתי קפה,גני ארועים,מלונות,פארקים,קיבוצים,מושבים ובכלל…

בשנת 2015 העביר יצחק את ניהול החברה לידי בנו רן שבתיאלי שלקח את החברה מספר צעדים קדימה שבאו לידי ביטויי בפיתוח וייצור דגמים נוספים של מלכודות וזאת במקביל לשמירת הדגש של רוח החברה – ייצור ושיווק מוצרים ירוקים,טבעיים וידידותיים לחברה.
